Electrocom Solutions is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the Electrical contract for back to base tenancy and associated electrical infrastructure works upgrades at 299 Bourke Street.

The project is comprised of the following works:

-Refurbishment of lower ground, ground and first floor retail spaces;

-Converting five upper levels into unique, state of the art office spaces;

-New lift lobby with access to Little Collins Street;

-Three new MSB’s and tenancy distribution boards

-Open office lighting Levels 2-6

-Generator

-Communications infrastructure and ICN works
