Electrocom Solutions is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the Electrical contract for 5 Bond Street on the corner of Ringwood and Bond Streets, with doorstep access to the unrivalled retail and hospitality amenity of Eastland.
The Fender Katsalidis designed commercial tower of 12,000sqm NLA that comprises an A-grade commercial building with six levels of office space in addition to four levels of secure parking with sustainable design features contributing to 6-star NABERS and 5-star Green Star rating
This is the Electrocom’s third successful project with QIC and Maben following the successful completion of Eastern Office Development and Eastco
We look forward to working with Maben Group to complete the project in 2023.
