Electrocom Solutions is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the contract for the communications infrastructure for the new Gas Works Secondary College our 5th school project with ADJ in the last two years. The project consists of a Panduit C6A communications infrastructure across 5 levels of the vertical high school.

The new $84 million vertical senior secondary campus on the former Fitzroy Gasworks site at 433 Smith Street, bordered by Alexandra and Queens Parades is part of the Andrews Labor Government’s commitment to deliver 100 new schools between 2019 and 2026. The campus will be shared between Fitzroy High School and Collingwood College’s senior cohort and will create capacity for up to 650 new students.

The campus will be one of seven government vertical schools, joining existing South Melbourne Primary, Prahran, Richmond and Docklands High Schools, and two others in the pipeline including Fisherman’s Bend Primary Schools and a new campus for McKinnon Secondary.
