Electrocom Solutions is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the contract for the backfill of Myer to a back to base tenancy and associated electrical infrastructure works upgrades at Highpoint Shopping Centre to prepare for new flexible workspace to Level 5.

In preparation for the upcoming fit out of Waterman Melbourne’s premier flexible business hub our team will undertake base building upgrades including:

-New 5000A Main Switchboard with two sets of consumer mains to dual substation feeds and generator back up connection.

-New wireless computer monitored emergency and exit system

-New mechanical mains to roof MSSB

-New lifts external to façade and associated electrical supplies

We look forward to working with Maben Group to complete the project in 2022.
