The University Hill Factory Outlet project consisted of the design & construct of electrical services for the expansion of the retail to provide an additional 43 tenancies, new centre management offices, toilet amenities, reconfiguration of part of the existing centre, a new loading dock facility and a lower ground carpark.

The project required six separable portions to be delivered in order to maintain access to the existing lower ground carpark, loading dock facilities and essential services to the existing centre. Main switchboard upgrades, extensive sub mains, metering facilities & LED high bay lighting made up a fast track stage delivered project.
